How Long Does Delivery Take?

We do our absolute best to dispatch orders within 2 working days. Once dispatched shipments are in transit for 2-7 days.* *Please allow 3-4 additional days for rural locations.

How much does delivery cost?

$7.50 flat rate for all orders

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver nationwide with our courier partners: *We're sorry we do not currently delivery online orders to P.O boxes.

Do you deliver overseas?

No, we currently only deliver to addresses within New Zealand.

Who will deliver my order?

We use a contactless delivery system with NZ Couriers.

What if I am not home when the delivery is made?

Unless you have provided other instructions, the courier will leave your package on the doorstep.

How can I track my order to find out where it is?

Once your parcel has been dispatched our team will send an email with a tracking code. You can also locate this tracking code when logging into your account if you have created one.

What days do you deliver?

We deliver from Monday to Friday. Excluding public holidays.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Allow 2-3 business days for delivery. Rural deliveries may be an additional 1-2 days on the standard delivery time.

How much does delivery cost?

$5 flat rate for all orders. We only ship to New Zealand at this time.
